Student Programs
If you are a student currently enrolled in high school or university, this is the right volunteer path for you.
Our Student Program is a unique leadership journey, distinct from our medical or community roles. We empower students to become powerful advocates for children with cleft conditions by focusing on our three core values: Education, Advocacy and Action. You will have the opportunity to build awareness, lead fundraising campaigns, and even establish official Operation Smile clubs within your school or university.
This is a program for dedicated students seeking a deep, long-term engagement. The journey offers the potential to attend leadership conferences and, for our most committed volunteers, the chance to witness our work on an international medical mission.

Community Volunteers
Our Community volunteers help with administrative tasks within the Operation Smile UAE office or assist with fundraising events and awareness campaigns within the UAE.
*Must be over 18 and no longer attending full time education in school or university.
